This will enable us to direct you to the best treatments to suit your needs. :: What if I need to cancel a Spa treatment? If you do not wish to have a treatment that is already booked please advise reception. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. 100% fee will be charged if you fail to give the required notice. :: May I bring my valuables? The Absolute Sanctuary Spa cannot assume any liability for anything lost on the spa premises. Please leave any valuables and jewelry in the safe of your hotel room or the safe deposit box at Front Office. :: Should I do anything specific before or after a treatment? Please shower before each treatment and check-in at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Male guests are advised to shave 3 hours prior to a facial. If you will be sunbathing after your treatment we advise you shower off any oils remaining from the treatment. If you are sun burnt we may suggest certain treatments be avoided, as they may be uncomfortable. :: Absolute Sanctuary Spa Etiquette Smoking and the use of cellular phones is prohibited in the spa.
