Our Pilates & Yoga Program Managers, Tahlia and Kaitlin, will guide you through a tailored 7-day program designed to strengthen, lengthen and relax whilst challenging the mind and physical body. There will be three classes daily, including a mix of Hot Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Yoga Workshops, Mat Pilates and Yin Yoga. Along with a transformational practice, there will be healthy meals inspired by local Thai cuisine, soaking up the sun by the pool, luxury spa treatments, and cultural excursions.
