I popped into Absolute Sanctuary when staying with friends and tr4ied their one-day Detox taster. What a fantastic experience. A beautiful and tranquil haven with world-class expertise on wellness. The wonderful team designed a bespoke one-day semi detox programme for me covering everything I could ever want, including a comprehensive health check, one to one consultation with the excellent wellness expert and a programme. Starting at 7.30 with a comprehensive and expertly guided meditation and yoga class outside in the Sala with breathtaking views of the coast which left me relaxed and prepared for the rest of the day. That included massages, magnesium foot soaks, infrared saunas and classes. I was also treated to two amazing healthy detox meals (the food was delicious). in between treatments I sat by the pool relaxing...By 6 pm I felt relaxed refreshed and most importantly invigorated to kick start a more comprehensive health regime. Thank you Absolute Sanctuary. I Highly recommend the day taster! I will go back for a longer stay!

I’ve been to Samui many times but the first time I’ve stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. I’ll certainly return. Did the Pilates Bootcamp week and enjoyed my classes with Darlene, a professional, clear and concise teacher. Massages were excellent. The reception team and Phai very obliging and so were the lovely ladies in the Wellness Centre when I had to switch appointments around. There was too much food for me but great to get back on track and eat clean after a hectic 2019. Rooms very clean and comfortable. I suppose the only downside is that there an immediate view of the sea but this wouldn’t stop me from returning. Glad to have discovered a little find after many trips to Samui!

A hidden gem. We were originally only staying for three nights... ten nights later we're still here. You can stay in a Moroccan style room and relax by the pool or should you have the energy, visit the gym and add on some world-class Pilates and yoga! Free activities include early morning meditation, beach walks, kick-boxing and short Metta therapy talks. There is also a wide range of massages and other treatments to choose from. And if you fancy some shopping there are regular hotel buses to take you there! The staff is wonderful and it is a real pleasure being in their company! If you're in the area look it up!

I’ve been to the Absolute many times, but usually for a week max. After a horrible year, I decided to come for 3 1/2 weeks to ring in 2020. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The yoga classes in the new gorgeous yoga Sala are phenomenal. The pilates studio lovely and cool with excellent instructors. The food is out of this world. I wanted to give a huge thanks to the girls (and TONY!!) in the Love Kitchen K Lek, K Hua, K Su, K Bank and K Tik. The guys by the pool, Ja, Joe and Pond are there every days with a happy smile, cold water and towels. Last but not least, the girls in the Wellness Centre. K Meaw and K Mam ensured that I got an INCREDIBLE Thai massage every day. K Petch was fantastic with the colonics and a helping hand for things as basic as fresh aloe Vera for too much sun. K Jee is an incredible Executive Manager who gets straight back to you with any queries. My room was kept spotless and this is all to say I cant wait to come back. Thank you all SO much.

I visited the absolute Sanctuary together with my girlfriend for almost three weeks and it was a great experience. We enjoyed delicious healthy food, gained flexibility during yoga sessions and I have built up muscles on my injured knees during Pilates sessions. All of this was topped with great massages and very very caring staff. If you are looking for a place to find inner peace and want to improve your health, then this is the place to go.

Yoga great, SPA fantastic, reception very nice and helpful, food healthy and tasty. Long version: I stayed about 2,5 weeks and I really enjoyed it. I had unlimited Yoga with Jana and Tammy, both are very kind and great teachers. There are beginner classes and also intermediate classes. I'm new to Yoga, so I only participated in the beginner classes. Both teachers told me what to do step-by-step and corrected my posture if I was doing it wrong so that I didn't hurt myself. Also, I had several massages, which were simply awesome. Really everyone there was great, but the Absolute Foot Massage with Lek was like heaven! All the ladies are nice, very friendly and funny. Also special thanks to Mai from the SPA reception, who did a fantastic job! Very lovely person and very dedicated. The reception was also great. For example, we just said we want to see the island and asked for help and they suggested and planned an island trip for us (which was very nice). My requests regarding pillows, blankets etc. have been kindly satisfied. The food is healthy and tasty, and there is a great/large selection of different meals, so if you wish you could try a different meal every day. Also, the service is very good. Thank you, Absolute Sanctuary, for that great holiday!

I was warmly welcomed as the first guest trying out the 12 yrs Celebration Sanctuary Program. The program was divided into three phases that were fitted to accommodate my personal needs and physical condition. The program activities were a mixture of meditation, yoga, pilates reformer, fitness, core suspend classes. I had both private and group sessions in my 12-day schedule. More activities/workshops could be added, or you could rest by the pool. Shuttles to different locations outside the Sanctuary was also available. In combination with physical activities, a number of different great massages were also part of the program. The restaurant and bar offered delicious, tasty and healthy meals and shakes. I joined a cooking class and are looking forward to trying out some of the recipes at home! The staff, incl. the trainers were warm, welcoming and supportive. They did their best to make sure that my stay extra special. Thank you all! Both the program and the Sanctuary itself was perfect for me. I hope to come back sometime!

I made a spur of the moment decision to get away from the hustle and bustle of my busy life and found absolute sanctuary on a whim and got one of the few last rooms for Chinese new year weekend. Boy am I glad I did! The staff is amazing and I didn’t think I could enjoy Spa treatments and massages any more than this. The food is delicious and healthy served efficiently and comes quickly so you can have a very busy day or relax and linger. The rooms are well-equipped not the fanciest but more than comfortable and with all of the comforts needed. I’m a yoga beginner And now think I am a yoga convert and will continue back home. The instruction is good for all levels and there’s a ton of choice of additional classes as well as Pilates. I will definitely be back as soon as I can find another long weekend. Thanks to everybody for making such an enjoyable experience.

I tried the 5-days modified detox program and I am so grateful for this wonderful week! I feel so relaxed, more fit and get so much more energy! I had a very good time here, the pool is really beautiful, detox meals and juices are so amazing you can trust me! Activities are also very nice (temple, fisherman village etc)! I will come back with my sister and my mum for sure! Thank you so much to Absolute Sanctuary for this excellent first detox experience!

Absolute Sanctuary won my heart! Being a stressed-out New Yorker,I was searching for a detox on the island. AS came highly recommended. When I arrived, Jee gave me a tour of the hotel, showed me the Pilates studio and another Pilates studio with a room of reformers, a gym and endless studios indoor and our, I thought I’d sign up for the fitness retreat instead of detox. After I saw the extensive list of retreats, I opted for the 5 day stress management retreat. It actually picked me. Best move ever!! People like Mai, Stephanie, Alistar, David the meta-healer and Jee made my trip a seamless road to clear thinking. A big thank you to everybody else, especially in the van driver who took guests to the shopping center, and the night markets for retail therapy. The food from the love kitchen to the smoothies at the pool were delicious and my body was nourished! The massages were full on... so many practitioners in one place makes this place so special. I can’t wait to return!
