At Absolute Sanctuary , we firmly believe in the importance of Pilates in building your core strength, aligning your spine, enhancing muscular control and promoting flexibility as such we have a dedicated group reformer studio and also a private Pilates studio. Our group reformer studio features top of the line Merrithew™ SPX reformer machines whilst our private Pilates studio is fully equipped with specialised equipment to guide and challenge the body in precise and effective movements.
We have carefully designed the following reformer programs to suit the various levels & needs of our students for maximum results, ensuring all classes are fun , exciting & effective. These programs have been uniquely designed to target specific areas such as the Abs & Arms, Butt & Tighs or simple to tone the whole body. All taught by high qualified instructors, you can be ensured of a safe and effective workout.
Foundation class orients students in the safe operation of reformers or core suspend equipment used in group classes and introduces them to the basics principles of Pilates or suspension workout.

A total body workout to shape and tone your body, making it long & lean. Different exercises are conducted in each class to make it fun & exciting.
Our private studio features specialized Pilates equipment to guide and challenge the body in precise and effective movements under the careful instruction of our experienced instructors who will personalise a program according to your needs. Highly recommended for those with back problems, injuries, athletes or just simply want to sculpt their body. Our private studio also showcases 6 core suspend stations to stabilise and strengthen your core.
