In up keeping with our wellness concept the resort has a no alcohol policy on its premises.
Absolute Sanctuary is an adult friendly result, but on occasion we may have children on premises. However, we will make every effort to ensure that noise is kept to the minimal level.
Age Requirement Policy
Minimum age requirement for Detox programs/treatments: 18
Minimum age requirement for Yoga classes: 13
Minimum age requirement for Spa, Fitness, Weight Management, and Pilates Reformer Bootcamp programs/treatments: 16
Program Requirements Policy
The resort does not accept people who suffer from any chronic diseases/conditions or who are pregnant for it’s Detox programs. Please let us know if you fall into either category so that we can recommend you alternatives. Should you have a medical condition and unsure if your condition is chronic or contraindicated for a Detox program, please contact us about it. Kindly note that the resort reserves the right to refuse anyone on its Detox programs without refund should we deem you unsuitable for the program for medical reasons.

Full Prepayment Policy
The resort requires full prepayment prior to your arrival to confirm the booking.

Early & Late Charges
We will accommodate any early check in and late check out on a case by case basis according to our room availability and flight timings.
Late check out charges are as follows:
Up till 3pm – No charges
From 3pm to 6pm- 50% of the room rate
Later than 6pm – full days rate
Early Departure Policy
There will be no refunds given for guests who wish to check out before their scheduled departure date.
Credit Card Guarantee Policy
The resort requires all guests to fill a credit card guarantee form upon arrival for any incidentals occurred during their stay. This only serves as a guarantee and the actual card will only be charged upon departure.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
The resort does not offer refunds for any program or treatment not taken for any reason. Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis due to medical reasons.
The resort does not allow any exchanges of treatments unless due to medical reasons and on an exception basis subject to the discretion of the management.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who is found to be smoking in the room. The minimum fee amount is Bt5000. However, the fee will vary depending on the room accommodation.
Guests may smoke in the allocated smoking area around the driveway.
